Foundation Roundtable of Santa Barbara County Common Grant Application The Valley Foundation is pleased to provide the downloadable version of the Foundation Roundtable Common Grant Application. This application was revised in February 2004, and replaces the March 2003 version. Please refer to the Grant Guidelines page for additional requirements. The application is available in Microsoft Word or as a PDF, and the three financial pages are also available in Excel.
The Microsoft Word documents allow you to type your request and save the files to your computer. The Cover Sheet is provided as a Word ³form,² and you must choose ³Read Only² when you are prompted for a password. You can indeed type into the form and save the document. However, if you close the Cover Sheet document and add more text at a future time, you'll need to save the latest version of the document as a separate document each time. Excel To download files on a PC, right-click the icon to the left of the file name. In the menu window that opens, choose 'Save target as' in Internet Explorer, or choose 'Save link as' in Netscape Navigator. Determine where in your computer's hard drive you wish to save the file, and complete the download. Repeat these steps for each file. To download files on a Macintosh , hold down the control key and click on the icon to the left of the file name and choose 'Save link as.' Determine where in your computer's hard drive you wish to save the file, and complete the download. Repeat these steps for each document. To download files on a Macintosh hold down the control key and click on the icon to the left of the file name and choose 'Save link as.' Then complete the download as explained above.
